Natural Bodycare & Cleaning Products
In this workshop you will get hands on with herbs and learn how to make your own skincare, toiletries, & cleaning products with plants and other natural organic ingredients.
Together we will learn which plants we can work with to keep our home & body clean without harsh chemicals. You will learn step by step how to make moisturising skin balms, gentle shower gels, cleansing body scrubs, and simple cleaning sprays, and together we will make a collection of herbal products for you to take home. You will leave with a good dose of herbal knowledge, feeling confident and inspired to keep making your own natural products at home.
Flow with the Moon
This workshop is a gentle invitation to learn how to work with plant allies, food, & ritual to reclaim your menstrual cycle.
Together we will move through the phases of the menstrual cycle, deepening our understanding of the changes we go through each month using the moon as our guide. You will learn which foods can nourish you during these phases and which plants can support you with cramps, bleeding, and pre-menstrual tension (PMT). Together we will create some simple self-guided rituals to incorporate into your monthly cycle.
Herbal Care for Common Ailments
In this workshop you will learn how to work with local plant allies, to craft simple herbal remedies which can help relieve common complaints.
Together we will learn the basics of home herbalism and which herbs to have on hand in your kitchen apothecary. You will learn how to make herbal tea blends, salves, sprays, and other simple remedies. You will leave confident knowing which herbs to reach for and when.
All materials will be provided but you may want to bring a notebook and pen.
