In this three hour workshop you will get hands on with herbs, crafting cold-busting remedies to stock your own herbal first aid kit.
Together we will learn how our body systems are affected by seasonal sniffles and which herbs in our Irish hedgerow apothecary we can turn to for support.
We will make soothing tinctures, immune boosting tonics, and sinus-clearing chest rubs, all made using herbs and other natural ingredients. You will leave with a fully stocked first aid kit made up of six different remedies and a good dose of herbal knowledge!
All materials will be provided but you may want to bring a notebook and pen.
