In this workshop you will get hands on learning the basics of fermentation, whilst raising money for community herbal care packs!

Together we will learn how to make a basic kraut, which you can go on to experiment with and adapt using different veggies & flavourings. We will also learn about the magic of apple cider vinegar and make a big batch of fire tonic, a seasonal cold & flu busting remedy.

This workshop is priced on an accessible sliding scale basis, please pay what you can. All the money raised will go into making herbal care packs available free of charge to folks experiencing marginalisation in Belfast.
